Transparency in Pricing and Payment

Aligned Incentives
Unlike many offshore hiring models that obscure compensation, GTC ensures full transparency. Our clients have direct control over salary and bonus structures for their hired employees.

Cost Plus Pricing
We charge a placement fee for each new role. After a candidate is selected, GTC discloses all costs, including a percentage of the salary, allowing you to see exactly where your money is going.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services in any way that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation.

Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or Services.

Harms or attempts to harm our reputation, employees, clients, or other users of the Services.

Engages in any form of automated data collection without our explicit consent.

Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

GTC will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

In no event will our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for our Services in the past six (6) months.

Indemnification

Termination
