What does the process look like? 

  • The typical talent acquisition process looks like this: 

  • Have a 15-minute conversation with us, send over a job description, hardware requirements, and target start date.

  • Interview 3-5 candidates usually in less than 3 weeks and you love at least one 

  • Sign a short, easy-to-understand MSA  

  • Finalize and agree to a SOW for the individual you love (the SOW includes the details like hours (time zone), holidays, PTO, FX, hardware; nothing hidden– all transparent) that nets it all into one bill per month. 

  • The talent starts on the agreed day and is part of your team!
