How Does Our Pricing Work?

Aligned Incentives

Almost all offshore hiring organizations shield how much goes to the employee—the client pays a fixed fee and the employee contractually cannot reveal their salary. This creates a perverse incentive for the hiring organization to negotiate aggressively with the employee to keep as much of the ‘pie’ as possible. Often less than 25% of the total fee ends up in the employee’s pocket and the client has no say in rewarding the employee directly through bonuses, raises, or other incentives. Our model is different, we disclose everything to the client so salary decisions are in their hands.

Full Transparency

We want clients to see how hiring offshore employees works, including all of the costs and complexities. We’ll always take care of the nuances, and you’ll see exactly what’s going into your employee’s pocket. Our goal is to set wages at or above median wages for a country and region, and we’ll coordinate with your organization to make sure we’re paying employees fairly. Well paid employees do better work and have higher retention rates.

Cost Plus Pricing

Our pricing model is simple. There’s no fee until you’ve selected the right candidate. We disclose our costs as a percent of salary in all of our contracts so you can see where the money is going. For all new roles we charge a placement fee to cover the costs of talent aquisition.
