Prepare A Job Description

It all starts with an idea. You determine the type of role you need and share with us. Given timezone differences, it’s important to outline the hours you want the employee to work up front so we can match against those expectations. We’ll start looking for candidates as soon as you’re ready.

Interview Candidates

It’ll take us less than two weeks to start finding candidates for you to interview. We screen all candidates both in-country and with our US team before they end up talking with you. We can work directly with your hiring manager or through your HR team. There’s no up-front payment required, you can interview as many candidates as you need until you find the perfect fit.

What’s Next?

  • During the interview process we’ll reach out regularly for feedback on if the candidates are hitting the mark. Once you’ve found the perfect match we’ll work with you and the candidate to determine the optimal start date.

  • During the interview process we’ll provide a cost range for each candidate you interview. Once you’ve selected a candidate and determined a start date we’ll provide a final contract with firm pricing for you to review and sign. The pricing is based on the final salary negotiations with the candidate, which will be disclosed to you every step of the way.

  • Our team has about four hours of onboarding related to in-country HR and compliance. Outside of that we rely on your team to follow your normal onboarding process, including any HR policies and procedures, trainings, IT setup, etc. We are happy to help with any custom setups you require.

  • Our Account Management team will reach out regularly to get your feedback and make sure everything is running smoothly. We have standard monthly touch points with each of your hires to make sure expectations are met on both sides. If any issues arise, our experienced managers will support your offshore employees on a more frequent basis.
